This morning I woke up with really bad cramping and an upset stomach that was most relieved by diarrhea that was rather acidic. I feel that is was almost definitely brought on by some late night pizza . This is nothing new to me but as of late it has been brought to me that it doesn't seem normal, as I have friends that I go on late night outings to diners with and they wake up feeling fine while I'm half-dead on the bathroom floor! ugh. So yeah I usually get that bout of diarrhea, cramping, and general upset stomach in the morning, after a late night of eating something. Sometimes the cramping will occur during the day but only if I eat meat, dairy (both I hardly eat but if I have say, chicken nuggets I feel like hell after), and various spicy foods. It hasn't really been bad enough for me to go to the doctors or even think of bringing it up to him when I go there, its just one of those things I've had for years that's irritating and somewhat inconvenient at times. I've stopped eating most meat and dairy but every now and then but I just can't resist things like pizza or greasy things like french fries!
