ive recently being diagnosed with int hemeorrhoids..ive been using the cream & supposotries & the bleeding HAS stopped! BUT,i still get sum irritation (moisture & slight itching) & SOMETIMES i have flat stools..ive been told not to worry because of my age (21) but its still playing with my mind as im always thinking the worst..its got to the point where im SCARED to have a bm ( maybe thats down to my panic disorder)

can someone please give a little insight for me?

p.s. i use to get blood ON my stool..to the point you could actually WIPE it off the stool..it was never mixed WITH my stool.

Flat stools are caused by intaking too much insoluble fiber. Soluble fiber absorbs fluid and causes a bulky type stool.
I think you need to start taking a soluble fiber supplement like Metamucil to make your BMs more regular, bulkier and w/o straining.
A person needs 25 to 35 grams of fiber daily for their intestine to function properly. You may not be getting enough or the right kind???
