| | When to take fiber
I am sure the answer to my question is somewhere on this forum... and I am sure I have actually read it at one time or another, so please bear with me for asking a duplicate question!!!!
I started back on the metamucil yesterday, 1/2 tsp, and it didn't make me bloated or gassy and I had a very firm BM! I was advised to try a few days of 1/2 dose and then try full dose, my question is:
When is the best time to take the metamucil? Before a meal? With a meal? After a meal? Morning? Mid-day? Night?
Also, should I be drinking it quickly (as in chugging)? Or can I take my time, like 5 minutes?
