Hey there. I briefly tried it myself for testing purposes and noticed a few differences within 3 days. But I've read all over the place that it can take over a week if not weeks before you notice any differences. There is this wonderful web forum dedicated to Celiacs Disease you should check out. Its very simple with Celiac being the only word in it. As wea re not permitted to post links on here, just do a google seach. The forum webtite is something like Gluten Free Forum, its very useful, many many people with helpful tips, real life experiences and idaes on what to eat and not to eat. Its great!!
