Post nervous stomache

can anyone tell me if there is such a thing as a nervous stomache?
i wake in the morning and i start gagging and feel nervous and sick in the stomach and if i talk about anything that stresses me i start to dry heave

Yes, and it is to do with your emotions/anxieties and stresses affecting your stomach.

As you say, when you talk about things that make you stressed it is worse. There is the mind/gut link that is very well know about where chemicals are released in the brain in response to stress that affect the stomach and bowels. This is why and the thing that you have to do is get your stress under control to be able to help.
