Post lack of water?

Do you suppose that not drinking enough water can change the color of the BM? Do you think that drinking alot of Sunny Delight or orange juice can cause the fluctuation of color?

Yes, it could very well do so.

Anything that you eat or drink will definitely affect your system in some way, as you have ingested it into your body. What you eat or drink can affect your stools from day to day. If you have eaten more carbs or more fat, then your stools will differ then and drinks can affect stool colour and consistency just as they can with urine.
