Post I'm back!
Hi, I got kicked off the board because of problems with the username and email. Sigh! Metamucil is working great for me but I also take All bran buds with pylliom and all bran original. So far, I get 3-4 bm's in the day.

Oh, I forgot to mention that my name is Jane and I posted a few before. Guess my new name is now Fiber! I am battling hemmorhoids. I have one inside the rectum that gets affected when I have to strain, which I try not to do. It feels weird all the time, like something foreign is in side my rectum. Makes me feel like I have a wedgy!
