Question bleeding

Last week, I was constipated and noticed blood around my stools and on the toilet paper. It occured on and off for four days. I was told by my aunt, a registerd nurse, that it may be internal hemroids, but I don't bleed after every bowel movement and it is not that severe. I also notice that it occurs on days after I do physical activity. Could I have ripped myself from the constipation that I had last week?

It takes an exam by a physician to tell for sure what is going on. And anytime there is blood, a visit to the doctor is a good idea.
