Post does a + fecal occult test always mean cancer? I am 29

diag w/ ibs 3 yrs ago been having a problem w/ constipation that has gotten better since starting the fiber..I do have hemmroids the docotr did a rectal exam and the stool test and she said there was a little blood..I haven't noticed the hemmroids bleeding but my rectum has been killing me...going to get a colonoscopy on 01/22 wondering what to expect...no family history of cancer

I would expect roids --- they bleed and are painful. The prep is by far the worse part.
