Post Sinequan

Has anyone ever used sinequan to slow the bowel down and help control spasms and diarrhea?

I think you should really try Metamucil and Calcium supplements. Having more fiber in your diet is a necessity and will help your stools to be more formed. Calcium will also help your bowel to absorb back more water naturally and in that way will help your stools to be more formed. The Metamucil can help cramps and spasms too, by making your bowel movements smoother.
