Post sink or float...does it matter?

I have usually 2 to 3 bm's per day and my bm's sink. I've heard that they should float. Do they have to float? Is this sinking because of extra fat in the diet? I like to eat healthy but do have a sweet tooth Is there anything to worry about sinking bm's? I am not worried about it, but curious.

I was told that if your bm's float there is too much fat or grease in your diet and if they sink your eating okay. I have no idea. this just what I heard from my mother in law. But I wouldn't think too much of it. Take Care

And I heard that if they float it is an indication that one is eating better.

This has come up before, and someone once said they asked their doctor who proceeded to start laughing hysterically that someone would be concerned about it.
