Post rabbit pellet problems
Every now and then I have bowel movements similar to hard rabbit pellet shapes. I don't think much of it usually as it seems to pass. But lately it's been this way for longer than usual.
Can anyone tell me what the reason may be regarding the foods I'm eating or not. I haven't really changed my eating habits.
I drink lots of water during the day and don't eat junk food.

It is one symptom of diverticulosis (it may be the indication of other things, too - I just know about that one). Low fiber diet is generally the culprit.

I would try a fiber supplement like Metamucil and see if that helps. Also be sure to increase your natural fiber. You might also try eating prunes or drinking prune juice routinely.
