Post yeast infection?

Sometimes I notice some white liquid dripping down when having a bowel movement. Could this be a yeast infection? I was on powerful antibiotics last summer and feel irriated in the rectum. How would a doc take a test for this? What can a person do? I never heard of a yeast infection there. What is this caused from?
