how many of you get pimples and acne do to constipation?

It may not be too unusual to get acne and spots with constipation, as if you are constipated, you have a build up of toxins in your body.

i developed moderate, borderline severe acne when i was 17/18 (im 21 now)..................that was around the time i developed chronic constipation. i know for a fact my bowel movements affect my skin

Definitely. In my case, I feel a twinge on the spot where I am going to get the pimple. If I resist the urge to go to the toilet, I get that twinge (any part of the skin) and a pimple develops soon after.

I get skin break outs with poorly controled pain.
