Post firm stool, then thin and soft...

First thing in the morning, my stool is firm and think, the way it should be. Then I have two more bm's by lunch, but these are soft and thin. I eat lots of fiber, but don't get why this is happening? What causes the bowels to have thick, then thin stools? I have no pain, no blood. I keep active in the morning cleaning house and drink hot water with lemon. If I sit all morning, I don't go at all.

Somehow you are resisting the urge to go and so your stool at first is dry. Or you are not drinking enough water the night before going to bed or in the afternoon the day before. Dry drinking a lot more water and see how you go. A minor problem really and easily fixed.
