 Abscess after colon resection
I have just completed another surgery. Much easier this time than the colon resection in July had a 9" scar from that and now have two more incisions. I had a lump in my lower left groin area. The surgeon was not sure what it (Hernia or infection) was so scheduled me for surgery on the 17th of Oct. It got worse so they did the surgery last Thursday (10/2)for exploratory and possible hernia repair. It turned out to be an abscess from the last surgery when I had infection in my incision. Some of the infection went to the lymph nodes on the left side and it kept getting worse. Hopefully this will take care of it. I am tired of being in surgery, being sick and not feeling well.
