Last nite at around 4am i was woken up by a really bad stomache pain so i rushed to the toilet.
This is disgusting but my poo was really dark brown to black and runny.

Eventually the pain went away, but today i've been getting abdomanal pain and lower back pain. Kinda like period pain but i'm not due.

Went to the toilet again today, and agian it was really dark and runny.

Also been really tired.

I'm scrared....am i bleeding and dont know it????

Pls help...

Get yourself to an emergency room while you can. My mother passed out right after having her first black bowel movement. She lost so much blood that she had to have 5 pints of blood. She had severe gastritis with no symptoms whatsoever until the black diarhea one morning. Doctor did a gastroscope on her stomach.....said that everywhere he touched her stomach it would bleed. He put her on treatment and she is fine today.

It is very important to get yourself to the doctor now. Later, you may pass out and not wake up!!! Let us hear back from you!!! Janetto

Thank u janetto...after recieving ur reply, i literally run to a docter who told me that i may be bleeding internally.

My specialist app is on the 30th, however dont u think its a little too dagerous to leave that long?

Should i just take my referal to a hospital tomorrow???

Loss of blood is very serious. You need to have your blood tested somewhere--- the 30th is too far down the road--- you should have it done now!!!
