Question zelnorm users - Bowel Disorders Message Board

Has anyone here used Zelnorm for IBS. I have constipation 1 or 2 days
then all I do is have many bms. Has anyone had good results with zelnorm.

Hi , I took Zelnorm for a year almost. It will clear up soon. I think I had that for about a week then it leveled off. Zelnorm was the only thing that helped me.

I have been taking Zelnorm for about 3 weeks and it seems to mainly work for only a few hours. For those few hours I have some rumblin bowels and most of my stool is flushed out. I take 12mg (2 tabs) in the evening. So it helps with my immediate symptoms but doesn't seem to do much else as far a normalizing my bowels.
