I dunno what to do. How long should you let diarreah go before seeing a doctor? I have had it for about a week and a half. It hurts so much. I get a sharp pain in my actual stomache and then cramps like I need to go poo. Sometimes it's like water, then sometimes it a tiny bit, and then none at all. Could I have food poisoning or a parasite or something. I tried imodium but it made me suffer more because I could feel all the bad stuff building up and it wouldnt come out. It was horrible. I wake up in the night 4 or five times just to sit there and just to have nothing happen.

Possible problems I can think it may be : Sushi from Saturday 03062005
Anal sex? But with protection. (never again)

I'm not trying to scare you, but I'd go see a GI or a colorectal specialist. This must be making your life miserable, and I think a week and a half is long enough.
