When I drink a bunch a water it seems like I just pee it out but I'll try. I read in the archives how you achived a complete BM in the morning, will you give the rundown again?
Also, I've heard of Magnesium supplements from the health food stores being of some value. Are these safe to take everyday? I did try 200mg. caplets of Mag.Citrate and it seemed like taking a laxative. However, the FDA intake number is around 800 mg. mixed with calcuim I think.
Please shed some light on the Magnesium issue if you have any insight???
