She is having constipation issues and she says it feels like it is down in pelvic area with bladder pressure and she is wondering can a bladder problem cause it not to come out. She says her bladder feels full.
I just told her it could just be bloating. Opnions please.

One possibility is diverticulitis. If it continues, by all means, tell her to get checked out by a doc. The colon can swell with inflection putting pressure on the bladder. Constipation and feeling pressure on the bladder is a symptom of diverticulitis. I'm sure there are others who might have ideas also....
