| Re: Insoluble fiber
The closest pure insoluble fiber that is on the market is wheat bran!!! You can buy it at most health food stores.
Insoluble fiber is contained in all veggies and fruit, nuts, seeds. It is food that does not absorbs or dissolve or absorb water.
All green leafy veggies absorb no water, broccoli, aparagus, cauliflower, green beans, brussel spouts, cabbage and the list goes on--
Fruit like apples, pears, bananas, peaches, all contain fluid but absorb very little fluid. And the peelings absorbs none.
Nuts and seeds don't absorb fluid.
The husks on beans & peas are insoluble.
