help me
I am having some difficulty using the restroom. But when i go it is round like a ball and the size of a penny or less, aswell as white puss looking stuff arround it, what is going on with my rear end. I am also experiencing some bloating and gas all the time.

Hey Mrworried,

I have the same thing exactly. I think it is just constipation problems. I have picked up some colace stool softner at the store, pharmacist says it is the most gentle. I am gonna give it a try. Do you ever have any blood?

Not drinking enough water with soluble fiber causes stools that are round.
A person needs 25 to 35 grams of fiber daily with enough water to make their intestines work right!
