I am so relieved there is hope for constipation
I have been SEVERLY constipated since October 2 months and I finally got a answer to get unstopped I had tried mirolax and it didnt even work!!! I was in awful pain my Dr told me about magnesium citrate this is the bomb I got relief immedietly hope this helps you buy it OTC for 1.99

my doctor told me not to take that magnesium citrate that it is bad for the stomach.
he is a gastroenterologist
