hi there, last year i developed colitas from a bad emotional breakdown...since then i also now have IBS...i've learned to control it, but recently now i'm really having problems with constipation...for instance sometimes i don't go no#2 for 3-4 days...I just did an enima which helped.yet i've been experiencing green stool..only a little bit though.. today i started to take menamucil, i don't want to take any pill form laxatives.. question is i'm only 29
will i always have to drink menamucil every day...i drink lots of water, i speed walk and am in good health, besides this...i've been bloaty and i'm a bit scared... thank you!
