Ok..
so after 1.5 years of suffering..
being told i had IBS all the time..
my gastros found out what i have.
apparantely there is a very small muscle, connected to our tailbone, and in the other end to the end of the sigmoid area..
i cant seem to relax this muscle, which is relaxed in "normal" people.
now his suggested treatment is biofeedback.
i was in a biofeedback session.. didnt had much difference..
but i was wondering, will kegel (pc muscles) exercises help?
i mean.. do i really need to strenghen the muscle? will making the muscle work, can actually loosen it up a bit at the end?
any help or links to related articles will be much appreciated..
