This stuff is awfull..How do they expect me to drink this all...It is making my head feel woozy for some reason..Its awfull..

I've always used the Fleet Phospho-Soda but I have heard mixing with Gatorade or GingerAle is the way to go!

Aww, tinkerbell! Tomorrow is the big day, eh? Probably too late for advice now, but the one prep I had that I thought was awful, it helped a lot to plug my nose and go "bottoms up." Good luck!!!

Hang in there Tinkerbell!!! Yup the prep is the pits.....keep the fluids up so that you don't become to dehydrated. I remember with the phospho prep by the time I finished with the first dose and it's effects it was time for the second one!!!

Using Cottonelle wipes and some Desitin ointment will be soothing as well!!

Hope you're okay!!! The procedure is a breeze compared to the prep!!
