anal cancer? - Bowel Disorders Message Board

does anybody have any experience or knowledge about this disease? im a 21 year olf female who often gets anal fissures, been getting them for years. they dont usually last long but they come back. i also think i have hemorroids but im not sure. this small lumb comes out sometimes when i have BM or am feeling irriteded, sometimes i can feel it there, it usually goes back on its own. it is pink with a whitis tip. i have had it for a long time. ive been to the doctors who said it may be hemmorroids, though they couldnt feel anything. could the doctors miss anal cancer? does it seemlike i should be worried?

I am sure the doctor would know what anal cancer looks like, and cancer wouldn't be there, then not, then there again. It would always be there and just grow. cancer is a tumor that only gets bigger with time. It's acting like a hemmhoroid.

the doctor did not see it, she hust felt inside me for about 1 second. would a cancer grow internally though? not neccesserially the lump grow i size but grow in size to the surrounding areas?
