Last year, around July, I all of a sudden had problems having a bowel movement. About a month of not having a bowel movement, i finally went to the doctor who told me to have 8 glasses a water a day, glass of prune juice, a bowl of raisen bran, and three apples. He also gave me Senakot-S to take until I started to go regular. Unfortunately, I got regular with the aid of Senakot, but not on my own. A month later I went back to my doctor and told him and he increased my Senakot dose and to continue with the other stuff as well. I asked him if it could something more than just being constipated and he said he didnt think so.
Now, about a year later, I am started to get worried. I was taking Senakot for the past nine months because the doctor didnt tell me to stop. About a month ago I finally discontinued it and for a while, and was going pretty regularly, I was kind of confused as to why.
Anyway, now, for the past 3 weeks, I feel this huge amount of pressure, almost like something is fluttering around in my uterus, I am completely bloated, it feels like something is pressing down on my bladder causing it to be irritated, and i am nauseaus ALL the time. I did an enema to see if perhaps something was blocking the way. Though I seemed to have emptied out, I am still completley nauseaus, bloated and irritated. I will be making a doc appointment but was just wondering if anyone can relate or tell me what it may be?
I should probably also add that when i try to breathe in heavily, my lungs wont do it about 90% of the time.
