Okay this has not been fun for me.

Thursday I felt sick, then I was up all night vomiting because I had some sort of bug or virus in me, and my body was getting rid of it.

Friday I did not vomit at all, I was just recovering but didn't go to work because I was not feeling up to par, but then I get diarrhea. I was thinking this might be becasue I haven't been eating much, only drinking some water.

Saturday I am fine, but still have diarrhea and a rumbly bubbly gassy stomach, which eventually dissipated.

Today (Sunday), I have barely any gas (stomach still rumbly but its not bad), but I still have diarrhea. I have been trying so hard to eat solids, but it doesn't help! I'm getting worried because I have to go to the bathroom every two seconds and I'm going to go back to work tomorrow... Any foods I can eat or anything I can do perhaps that can reduce if not stop this stupid diarrhea?
