Hi I am not to sure that you have thread worms due to your symptoms. Firstly thrush can cause itching, the weight loss you are describing could be down to the diarreah!
Piles aren't linked to thread worms, to me it sounds like you may have a food intolerance, or some sort of IBS.
I have had thread worms a few times when I was a kid, I used to stroke our cat and then put my fingers in my mouth! cats are prone to thread worms due to eating raw meat!
The symptoms I had were loss of weight and noticing the white worms which are about 1 inch long. When I got diagnosed I had to put one of worms in a jar and have it identified at the doctors lab.
You say you can buy the thread worms treatment over the counter, to me that says you don't have to have an official diagnosis then to get hold of the treatment.
Best thing I would recommend is to see your doctor about all your symptoms, and take along a sample.
