I've had similar symptoms but not near as often as you. Thank goodness. My doc also says it's heartburn and I know it's not. My mom, a nurse, thought it sounded like a problem with my gallbladder but when I look up info on that, there's a lot that doesn't sound like me. It is certain foods that seem to trigger it, like spicy, greasy, roasted, or acidic, and coffee. And it always happens during or immediately after a meal. It starts off as a stomach pain, but not in either side, just all over. Then my stomach goes crazy and I can hear and feel things moving around like nuts, I get beat red and sweaty, bloated and cramped BAD. I feel like I wanna vomit but I know it's not coming out that way. Once the explosive diarrhea kicks in, I'm good. It sounds so nasty, cuz I never thought I'd welcome firewater shooting out my rear

but as soon as that's done I'm good as new... only I feel ten pounds lighter. It's all over within an hour- hour 1/2 of whatever triggers it. Once I explained all I go through and everything I'd found on gallbladder stuff to my mom she says, "Sounds like dumping syndrome". I'm like 'yeah, no kidding'. But she says it's a real disorder so I looked it up and sure enough it sounds just like what happens to me....except I've never had gastric bypass surgery which triggers it it most people and I don't think I have the other rare disorder that can cause it from tumors. I am very irish so she also mentioned celiac but I've never had a problem with those foods before. I'm a vegetarian and have always eaten lots of bread and pasta while others eat their meat. I dunno. Just trying to figure it out so it never happens again, cuz when it does I wanna curl up and die till it's over.
