Triple Cleanse, what to do after... - Bowel Disorders Message Board

I JUST began taking Triple cleanse from GNC and after one day I am already seeing amazing results. Prior to this, I was just taking metamucil pills, twice a day as directed. I eat right, drink plenty of fluids but still had problems having a good bowel movement. Sometimes it was just fine but other it would be small, broken up and came with bloating and gas.

I am wondering if the metamucil and good diet will be more effective AFTER I have completed the cleanse process. I have used the product once before and it worked great while I was taking it but after I finished it was the same problems... This was 2 years before I found taking metamucil helped me.

I think fiber therapy is the way to GO --- to get water soluble fiber in your diet as a bulking agent --- been using psyllium twice daily for 23 years. I use the Equate brand from Wal Mart.
It is about half the cost as Metamucil and it seems courser.
