At least for a few weeks.
That is if it is anything like my surgery. I had external H, tomorrow will be 6 weeks and it still hurts a little and today had some blood.

Re: hemroidectomy

I had my hemorrhoidectomy on Sept 22. I feel the same way as you do. I have 3 children and want to be there for them but my healing has been very difficult too. I had 3 large hemorrhoids removed and the healing is not going as fast as my surgeon said it would. I am not sure I am happy with how it is healing too. I have been afraid to eat too much as I know that it all has to eventually come back out. I guess we just need to stay strong and pray for fast healing.
