Confused After Colonoscopy
THE DR. TOLD ME THAT I HAVE IRON STAINING ON MY COLON? DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS?

Hi...what else did the doctor say about the colitis or the context in which he said this? is it ulcerative colitis?

Have you been taking iron supplements lately? did he say where in your colon has the iron staining?

Well My Dr. Called Me Again Last Night And Said Iron Staining My Be From Laxative Use In The Past?

Hi...some research says possible staining from laxative over-use.

What exactly did you have a c-scope for?

Did the doctor do biopsies as well?

What else did your doctor say...or what else did you ask him?

sounds very cryptic...but I don't know your history.
