Red face anal fissure problems need advise stool impacted

i am getting my surgery in three week to fix my tight sphincter,its so tight
that i can not get any stool out.i being eating soft foods and soups and
lots of liquids,moms and started miralax yeasterday but cannot have a bowelmovement,any advise to what the best idea for bm ,if i eat a lot of fiber
my rectum is so tight the stool will not go threw,what can i do . any idea on
how to get it out and what to use and eat till my surgery,i do not know if i can make it for three weeks thats

There's a product called Oxypowder that will liquify the stool as well as "clean you out." It's a heavily magnesium-based product.

I would use the product Brocallie suggested. I have anal fissures and have used it before. It works. BTW, can you post your surgery results? I'm going to have the same procedure done some time next year and would like to know what to expect post-surgery.
