New Colostmy Help

On November 29th I had to have an operation, I had a perferated and infected bowel. Because of being Diabetic the DR put a colostmy bag on me so I would not get the infestion back. Once everything is healed then he is going to go and reverse the colostmy, and hook everything back up. This won't be until the end of Feb or the middle of March, depending on how I an healing. I was in the ICU for 5 days and in a regular room for 3 days. This is been 4 weeks since the surgery and I still feel tired and week at times. I get up in the morning take a shower and get dressed and that takes everything out of me. How long will it take to get back to a normal life. I am scheduled to go back to work in 2 weeks I hope I will be able to go back.
