I was thinking about eating high fiber cereal to get some more fiber in my diet. I know some of them have a ton of fiber in each serving, do these cereals cause excess gas or anything? I would be afraid of eating a bowl in the morning then having to go to the bathroom all day. Anyone have any good ones to suggest?
I eat Fiber One every morning, as well as drink a "fiber" type drink. I think your body adjusts to this extra fiber. Sometimes I feel like I have more gas, but nothing that isn't manageable. I am not running to the bathroom all the time either, but I have never had to do that, usually falling to the opposite problem. I have found that between the Konsyl drink and the additional fiber in my diet, I am pretty regular.
