You no doubt are impacted and need to see a doctor for proper diagnosis/treatment. Some people have results after eating prunes or drinking warm prune juice.

Are you drinking plenty of water? Have you tried drinking hot water when you first get up?

Sometimes when people get older (senior citizens) their body does not always work the best and will have more difficulty with BMs. They end up having to take stool softeners and/or Miralax to prevent constipation.

Some medications will cause constipation, such as bloodpressure meds, pain meds, etc.
