Lower right side pain
Last yr.I had Right sided pain.Had xray&was told I was constipated.Now,pain is on right lower side.Are the bowels,on that side,too?

Try eating some bran cereal for a couple days, after you've "emptied out" if the pain is gone you know it was constipation. If the pain persists, see a gastroenterologist.

Your bowels are on both sides. When I used to have diverticulitis flareups it was on the lower left side.

i have constant pain on the lower right side. dont have an appendix, have been told its due to constipation, but it hurts whether im emptied or not, take lots of fiber , so have been regular, they are still running alot of tests but nothing shows up. it might be due to adhesions, but i just had surgery for adhesions several years ago. i hope its not that again.
