| one little hemorhoid...help!
Hi,
Well I have one little pea-sized hemrohoid that won't leave me! I went to the chemist and they gave me "Proctosedyl" which is 5% hydrocortisone/cinchocaine 5mg. I have been using it for about 7 days and although it shrunk down a little and now isn't painful or itchy, it still hasn't gone away.
It seems to me that it was starting to shrink down and then I had BM that wasn't hard at all, but it did seem to irritate it.
I am not constipated but have had variable BM's since having my gall bladder out and I think that maybe a bit of diarrhea caused the hemm.
Why does it say on the packaging that I can only use the ointment for 7 days? Should I stop using it or keep going?
Is there another alternative to getting rid of these instead of ointments? Herbal?
