I Need HELP !! Ouch... :'(
Please can someone tell me what I can do? Im constipated I have to go but I cant. There is a stool ready to come out I can feel it but it wont... Can someone please help me this is really upsetting me and I need some help. Laxative's are not helping me (Pill Laxatives) can someone help please?

You could try a fleet enema.There pre mixed any drugstore carries them.

Def. too late but the best thing for quick response but not long term is the Magnesium Citrate...Liquid that comes in a glass bottle
