I have finally found a colorectal surgeon that is willing to take the case of the mess that has been left by the previous surgeon. I still have a hole left after three surgeries and 9 months from the previous surgeon. I have been in so much agony and I still have to use a hand shower after every bowel movement. I found out that part of my bowel problem isn't from IBS as a gastro doc had stated. It is partly but the sphinter is cut so that is why I have so much pain and urgency after eating. He doesn't know how much repair he can do to get me back to fully normal, but he hopes to get me as near as possible. He was amazed at the way I had been slashed open for the anal abcess, and then again for the anal fistula. I had the PPH and the doctor stapled through into bowel. That is what started the whole nightmare. I am glad that after nine months I finally have some answers!
