you need to take a fiber powder,i take organic ground flaxmeal,it food
and is good for you GI tract, metamucil and others are available.you
need to bulk up your stool.going three times is fine as long as it does not hurt
but the diarrhea is no good, foods like bran are good but eat also root
vegs and fruit,mangoes, you need insoluble and soluble to have a good
soft tube stool that comes out all at once is the key .
