does anyone know the reason for light colored bowls?seems when i go its light brown mostly and a little dark on some of it.im pretty sure bowls are suppose to be darker but im not sure?would the foods you eat make your bowls light brown in color?or missing some soft of vitamin?
Stool color is determined by the food you eat and the bilirubin your gallbladder puts out.
For example --if you eat and drink alot of milk/ dairy products that is white -- your stool will be lightly colored and eating beef will make it alot darker.
I know that I had severe gallbladder issues and my stool became light tan. I had to go on stomach acid pills to fix my gallbladder, also went on a "frequency microcurrent" machine. My stools are bit darker, but still light. I will probably forever be taking these acid pills, plus enzymes (spectrazyme from Metagenics). But I am happily functioning with no pain and regular stools.
