anyone ever use dr natura colonix colon cleansing?and if you did did it help you and what did you take it for?is it a pill or powder?its not cheap but if it works its worth it.

I pondered the same thing for MONTHS before finally talking my husband into doing this program together. I started the program 6 days ago and noticed a difference ONE day after starting the program...I have NOT had headaches like everyone is talking about...In fact I have migraines all the time and have not had one since starting this. I have already lost 3 pounds! ONE thing to remember is that you have to drink 8 glasses of water a day! NO excuse or you will end up getting plugged up...My husband has not had the results I have had and I will tell you why...He was NOT motivated to try this like I was...I pushed him into doing the program and he is NOT drinking water like I am....so that equals no results. The only downfall is the fiber drink in the morning...it tastes awful and the first morning I could barely get it down when I mixed it with water but then I started making a morning shake and I can't even taste it...it's just a little thick. I would buy it if I were you and hey...if it doesn't do anything for you in a week...send it back. You can't lose!

what did you take it for?constipation or diarrhea?seems like its for constipation?

Hey,
I just started using it today. Do you drink the tea straight? I don't like the taste of it and I am having a hard time drinking it.
Also, this is kind of gross, but if the tesimonials are true does this stop up your toilet?

I decided to try it because I have IBS and was suffering everyday and it has helped because now I don't have to RUN to a bathroom after I eat...With the Dr Natura program you just go in the morning normally...
As for the tea...I actually like it...LOL...I don't know about mixing it with anything. It's the fiber that I hate.
