Hello everyone...

I feel awful today...felt that way yesterday, too...

My abdominal pain has gotten a lot worse over the past two days, especially on the left hand side. I also feel extremely bloated and incredibly fatigued. I also get some random pains on the right hand side. What's strangest of all is that I haven't had a BM all day!

(For those who haven't followed my previous posts, I've had chronic diarrhea for the past 1.5-2 months, plus dehydration, lack-of-appetite, weight loss, pain/diarrhea that wakes me up, left-sided abdominal pain, etc. Docs suspect Crohn's. I have a colonoscopy scheduled for next week. CT scan has ruled out diverticulitis.)

My moods have been screwed up, too. Normally, my moods are fine as long as I take my psych meds (I am biploar). I took the probiotic primadophilus reuteri for two days (Monday and Tuesday), but stopped because I nearly had an anxiety attack at work yesterday! While I don't know for sure the anxiety is connected to the probiotic, I could not take a chance of my anxiety getting any worse. I was also depressed yesterday and a little bit today.

I feel the abdominal pain the most when I am sitting. However, the fatigue never seems to end. I have zero energy.

At one time, the abdominal pain was so bad, it radiated down into my thigh!

Sometimes fatigue comes with depression, but I've not that depressed and I've never felt this tired because of depression anyway.

I also get random waves of "tingliness" in various parts of my body, including the digestive system. I think the doc that I saw a few weeks ago at the Urgent Care called it "neuopathy."

Anyone else get these symptoms? Why would I go from D to nothing, especially after stopping a probiotic?

I would like to add the fact that I stopped drinking the Powerade (under a hunch that the the sugar was prolonging my D) and am now drinking Vitamin enhanced water. Might this be the culprit? But then again, why the increased pain?
