overloaded

Hello,

im 25.. latly I was under some stress and I find that my BM are thin and narrow...when I start drinking metamucil they go back to their normal size shape etc.. when I stop metamucil it becomes the same again, I also dont eat any meat for 1 year already..can that somehow attribute to stool shape, size etc?


I dont really have any abnormal cramps, blood, pain.. etc..

But I found since I stress the BM's occur in much faster rate and are always soft etc..
