I was perscribed this medication from my GI doc without a diagnosis. I am wondering if this medication is safe to take if you are allergic to sulfa? I cannot find that much information on this medication. I am allergic to sulfa and that was in my chart at the office! Does anyone know about this type of medication? I am a bit upset that i would be given a medication without an actual diagnosis.............so obviously i havent taken any of it yet. Any information would be greatly appreciated!
