Constant Diahrea

I've been having diahrea several times a day for over a week. I have no cramping or pain, but everytime I urinate I have diahrea at the same time. My diet has not changed, as far as I know I am healthy (no Chrones, etc.) I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables and drink a lot of liquids every day. Could that be the cause? Or could it be something more serious? As I said, I have no pain, and no "accidents", I'm not under any stress. I'm just confused.

Constant Diahrea From Sorbitol

I think I found my own cure. I just read on a reputible medical website that an artificial sweetner called Sorbitol causes diahrrea in many people. Sorbitol is the #1 ingredient in some sugarless gum and diet foods I've been consuming a lot of over the last few weeks. Guess I'd better cut back.
